Holography is presently the only media recording time and space together making the image floating in space and visible by bodily movement back and forth.
According to the techniques, it can be used as digital animation for educational and scientific illustration, or analogue recording for replicas of precious pieces.

Image left: Das Phaeno Model wurde virtuell aus einem CAD Architekturentwurf von der Stararchitektin Zaha Hadid gewonnen und in einem 4D Engine für das Hologramm illustriert und animiert. Über 2400 Einzelbilder wurden dann zu einem synthetischen Hologramm zusammengesetzt.
